MOBILE, Ala. (WALA) – An alleged drug “kingpin” now acting as his own lawyer has again asked that the charges against him be dismissed.
Glennie Antonio “Little Man” McGee, 41, asked the judge in August to throw out the indictment. U.S. District Judge Terry Moorer has not ruled on that. This week, McGee made a second attempt to get the charges dismissed.
