On Friday at 12:54 p.m. a high surf advisory was issued by the National Weather Service valid from Saturday 10 a.m. until Sunday 10 p.m. for Mobile and Baldwin counties.
“Large breaking waves of 4 to 6 feet expected in the surf zone,” states the weather service. “High surf combined with high tide each night may result in overwash and minor inundation of portions of Dauphin Island and Fort Pickens.”…
