MOBILE, Ala. (WALA) – An illegal immigrant from Mexico, who’s been deported six times in the last twelve years, was arrested on Oct 20 after a traffic stop in Saraland.
According to federal court documents, Pedro Guerreo-Rocha was pulled over by Saraland Police for an obstructed windshield.
The records show Guerreo-Rocha only spoke Spanish and didn’t have a valid United States driver’s license.
The documents show a Border Patrol agent later determined Guerreo-Rocha was deported in 2013, 2016, 2018, 2019, 2022 & 2023. He’s now charged with ‘Illegal Reentry’…
