BALDWIN COUNTY, Ala. (NBC 15) — For the third time in as many months, the Preserve at Moccasin Bayou has reported to ADEM a notice of violation for construction runoff from the site.
According to the report, the site received 5 and a half inches of rain from Sunday, October 26 through the early morning hours of Monday, October 27.
The heavy rains resulted in “offsite discharge of sediment into wetlands at the rear of the site and in right of way at the front of site.”…
