MOUNT VERNON, Ala. (WALA) – Mount Vernon Police Chief Eric Pettway is speaking out after leaked body camera video leads to a FOX10 investigation about an arrest made by a Mount Vernon police officer.
A surveillance camera inside the Mount Vernon jail caught the video on May 10 showing the officer dragging a man through an office by the shackles while his hands are cuffed.
