MOBILE, Ala. (WALA) – The Mobile Arts Council posts on its Facebook page it is working to help select an artist to create a mural in honor of one of the singers of The Temptations.
The Council says Melvin Franklin, the legendary bass singer of The Temptations, was born in Montgomery but raised on Congress Street in Mobile.
