Bond conditions set for woman accused of robbery, assaulting an officer, and manslaughter

MOBILE, Ala. (WKRG) — Bond conditions have been set for a woman accused of robbery, assaulting an officer, and crashing her car while fleeing from police, which ultimately killed her son.

Paul Prine announces candidacy for Mobile County sheriff

Delyshia Molette was in court today for a bond review. Her bond was set at $50,000. Her conditions include:

  • Electronic monitoring
  • House arrest
  • No driving
  • Travel to court and attorney visits only
  • Do not return to Publix
  • No firearms
  • No contact with H.L. or Sonja Edwards

Molette’s preliminary hearing is set for Tuesday, Dec. 9, at 8:30 a.m.
