McGill-Toolen student indicted on assault charge

MOBILE, Ala. (WKRG) — A McGill-Toolen Catholic High School student has been indicted on an assault charge after an incident in a school locker room led to another student losing their eyesight and having a brain injury.

The incident came to light after a parent filed a lawsuit against the school, the Archdiocese of Mobile, and some staff members at the school.
