MOBILE COUNTY, Ala. (WKRG) — An Amtrak train has struck a vehicle in the Irvington area, News 5 has learned.

The back half of a truck was destroyed. No one was injured in the crash.

The crash happened on Bayou La Batre Highway just south of Highway 90.

Alabama State Troopers are on the scene, as well as the St. Elmo-Irvington Volunteer Fire Department.
