MOBILE, Ala. (WKRG) — A popular waterfront restaurant on Dog River in Mobile is closed after an eviction, according to court records.
Man arrested in connection with November shooting death on Mott Road
The owners of the Marina Drive property off Dog River Bridge filed for eviction last month, saying the River Shack had defaulted. In the filing, the property owners say the restaurant’s lease had been terminated back in October.
The claim of eviction was then filed against River Krewe, the company that operates the River Shack, after it failed to vacate the premises, according to the court documents.

The case went before a judge for trial on Dec. 10 in Mobile County District Court.
