MOBILE, Ala. (WKRG) — Mobile Police Department officers are investigating an assault that happened at a local apartment complex.

According to an MPD news release, officers were called to Bayou Bend Apartments on Brill Road for a report of an assault around 5 p.m. on Dec. 17.
Officials said when they arrived, they found a woman with minor injuries.
