UPDATE (5:05 p.m.): A Mobile man was not allowed in his own preliminary hearing after the judge heard Nicholas White yelling loudly on the other side of the doors where defendants normally enter the courtroom.
As a result of the outburst, the judge carried on the hearing without the suspect in the courtroom.
