MOBILE, Ala. (WKRG) — The Mobile Police Department spread its Christmas cheer by getting drugs off the street during a months-long “DIP Jingle” operation.

An MPD release said the operation focused on illegal drug activity in the area of Dauphin Island Parkway. The Narcotics and Vice Unit, with the help of SWAT, K9, and other units, conducted 12 searches and arrested 32 people, three of whom were wanted.

During those searches, agents seized 19 guns, three cars, and more than $30,000 in cash…
