MOBILE, Ala. (WALA) – A judge on Monday ordered prosecutors to disclose the identities of any confidential informants to lawyers for a man accused of killing a man in what investigators describe as a mistaken-identity murder.
Mobile County Circuit Judge Ben Brooks told prosecutors they must provide the names to Deangelo Demetrius Merrill’s attorneys 14 days before his trial.
