MOBILE, Ala. (WALA) – A 19-year-old Mobile man and a juvenile have been arrested after they allegedly committed robberies together at retail business parking lots on Airport Boulevard and Dauphin Island Parkway, Mobile police said.
The older suspect, Jose Palma, remains locked up at Mobile County Metro Jail on first-degree robbery charges, records show.
Police said it was at about 11 a.m. Friday when officers responded to the Lowe’s parking lot at 7760 Airport Boulevard in reference to a reported robbery. They discovered that two male subjects robbed a female victim at gunpoint in the parking lot.
