Prayers Pouring In After ‘Horrific’ College Athlete U.S. Highway Crash

Prayers are pouring in after a “horrific” U.S. highway crash involving a college athlete this week.

A 21-year-old college student at Albany State was among three people killed in the crash in Alabama. The deadly wrong-way U.S. highway crash happened on I-65 in Baldwin County, Alabama. Three people were killed, including student-athlete Amaya Williams.

“Amaya Williams immediately stood out because she was confident, articulate, and deeply impressive. I took this photo because I was so struck by her presence. I never imagined I would never get the chance to post it. This loss is heartbreaking and a sobering reminder of how fragile life truly is.
