MOBILE, Ala. (WKRG) — Mobile County Sheriff’s Office deputies arrested a man after he was allegedly found inside a truck that was reported stolen from an auto parts store.

According to Mobile Police Department officers, 47-year-old James Nicholas Smith was arrested after MCSO deputies conducted a traffic stop around 10 p.m. on Dec. 29 on Highway 90, where they found him driving.
