MOBILE, Ala. (WALA) – A judge Tuesday ruled that the wife of a fired police officer is not guilty of harassing two neighbors who cooperated with an internal affairs investigation.
The two alleged victims testified at a non-jury trial last month against Courtney Rogers, but Mobile County District Judge Zackery Moore withheld judgment so he could research the law. He announced his decision Tuesday.
