Man charged with trafficking meth following traffic stop

FOLEY, Ala. (WALA) – A 30-year-old man was arrested on a drug charge after Foley police say they pulled him over for a traffic violation.

An officer stopped Lewis Jackson around 8:45 p.m. Tuesday and saw him try to hide drugs by pouring into a drink, according to the Foley Police Department.

He is charged with trafficking 11.2 ounces of methamphetamine, as well as tampering with physical evidence, according to authorities…
