MOBILE COUNTY, Ala. (WALA) – One person died Monday morning when a car collided with an 18-wheeler at the intersection of Grand Bay Wilmer and Dawes roads.
The crash happened around 9:25 a.m. and closed the intersection for more than five hours while Alabama Law Enforcement Agency troopers investigated.
The driver of the car died at the scene. The 18-wheeler truck driver was not injured.
