Case against alleged Big Creek Lake trespasser delayed until May

MOBILE, Ala. (NBC 15) — The case against a man charged with trespassing on Big Creek Lake has been delayed until May.

Mobile County District Attorney Keith Blackwood requested the case be continued because a civil suit brought by MAWSS against the Department of Conservation and Natural Resources “will have a direct impact on the interpretation of law in this criminal matter.”…
