BALDWIN COUNTY, Ala. (WKRG) — A portion of Waterworld Road in Baldwin County will close temporarily next week to allow work to be done, according to the Baldwin County Highway Department.

According to a Baldwin County Highway Department news release, a small portion of Waterworld Road, east of the Styx River Shooting Center, will be closed to through traffic from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Thursday, Jan. 29, Tuesday, Feb. 3 and Thursday, Feb. 5, as cross drains are replaced.
First responders will still be able to access that area in the event of an emergency.
