MOBILE, Ala. (NBC 15) — A video captured by Elizabeth Chance, a concerned mother, has brought attention to a recurring safety issue on Celeste Rd. near Citronelle.
The footage shows a car speeding past a school bus with its stop sign extended and warning lights flashing, narrowly missing her 15-year-old son as he prepared to board.
