The Downtown Mobile Alliance has named Ellis G. Foster, Jr. as its new economic development director tasked with continuing advancing investment, development, job creation and long-term growth in Downtown Mobile. Foster brings a background in economic development strategy, urban planning, real estate brokerage and development. He also has experience working with government agencies, private industry and community stakeholders.
