PRICHARD, Ala. (NBC 15) — A call for unity tonight from the chairman of the Prichard Water board who says the city’s water system continues to sink into debt and disrepair.
At a meeting that just ended at Prichard City Hall, the water board chairman, Walter Jacobson, says a solution to Prichard’s water problems will have to come not just from the water board, but from the city and council as well.
