City of Mobile declares two more downtown properties unsafe, including former OK Bicycle Shop

MOBILE, Ala. (WALA) – The City of Mobile has declared two additional downtown properties unsafe, marking the third building on Dauphin Street to face city action this week.

The two newly condemned buildings are located at 661 and 663 Dauphin Street — the former OK Bicycle Shop restaurant and the former Liquid Sushi Bar. Both properties are owned by Walker Brothers Investments.
