SUMMERDALE, Ala. — According to ALEA, a single-vehicle crash that occurred at approximately 11:43 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 7, has claimed the life of a Summerdale man. Jorge Loza-Resendiz, 28, of Summerdale, was fatally injured when the 2009 Chevrolet Silverado, in which he was passenger in, left the roadway and struck a tree. Loza-Resendiz was pronounced deceased at the scene.
