MOBILE, Ala. (NBC 15) — According to Mobile Police, on Sunday, February 15, 2026, at approximately 9:00 p.m., officers observed a male subject arguing with a male individual near N. Jackson Street and St. Francis Street.
As officers moved closer, they observed the subject lift his shirt and expose a firearm in his belt while gesturing towards the firearm.
