MOBILE CO, Ala. (WALA) -It has been 18 days since a Theodore mother and her two children vanished.
The man accused of abducting them remains in Metro Jail, but he is not talking. Court records reveal Juan Carlos Argueta-Guerra has been arrested six times but there is no record of him ever being deported.
Argueta-Guerra is from El Salvador. Court records from Texas show a pattern of arrests between 2015 and 2021. The charges include weapons possession, resisting arrest, and then a 2022 DUI out of Jackson County, Mississippi. Immigration holds were placed on him twice. But each time, he was released…
