Two additional employees have been fired at McDuffie Coal Terminal as part of an ongoing investigation by the Alabama State Port Authority into an alleged theft involving abuse of the agency’s procurement system for personal benefit.
The latest development comes as the Port Authority confirms it has notified the Mobile County District Attorney’s office about its internal investigation.
