MOBILE, Ala. (NBC 15) — A Mobile mother is speaking out about alleged child abuse she says caused her 4-year-old to be hospitalized. The woman, who only wanted to be identified by her first name Kaitlyn, says her son, Kentrall Freeman, has black eyes, teeth knocked out and is unable to walk or use the bathroom on his own. The mother says the injuries happened after the boy left with his father for what was supposed to be a fun-filled weekend attending Mardi Gras Parades.
“He left that day super happy,” said Kaitlyn.
