MOBILE, Ala. (WKRG) — Mobile Police have identified the person killed in a crash on Old Shell Road yesterday.
According to an MPD news release, 21-year-old Carlos Funez was killed Monday while standing outside of his car on the westbound lanes of Old Shell Road.
