FORT MORGAN, Ala. (WALA) – Baldwin County Emergency Management Agency will construct a series of high-visibility beach markers at public access points along the 20-plus mile Fort Morgan peninsula, using $500,000 in appropriated funds secured through US Congressman Barry Moore’s office.
