MOBILE, Ala. (WALA) – A judge denied requests by attorneys for former Mobile Police Chief Paul Prine to sanction the defendants in a lawsuit he filed following his dismissal in 2024.
Prine’s attorneys made two separate filings accusing the defendants of withholding or destroying evidence in the wrongful termination case.
