FOLEY, Ala (WKRG) – The City of Foley has reopened the intersection of South Hickory Street and West Michigan Avenue after a Baldwin County-approved construction project, according to a news release.
The intersection of South Hickory Street and West Michigan Avenue was closed as work crews upgraded turn signals and added dedicated turn lanes in all four directions.
Traffic through the intersection was closed from September 15th, 2025, and was originally scheduled to re-open on January 2nd, 2026…
