Two men cited on wildlife violations after alleged goose abuse at Alabama golf course

AUBURN, Ala. (WDHN) — Two men have been issued multiple wildlife citations following an incident involving Canada geese at the Pines Crossing Golf Course in Auburn over the weekend.

The incident gained attention after photos circulated on social media appearing to show two men throwing objects at geese and handling one of the birds by the neck. We are trying to contact the individual who took the pics and reported the incident.

According to Lee County District Court records on March 1st, Carter Allen McCullough, 20,  and Jacob Daniel Dyas Jr., 20, were each issued three Alabama Uniform Non-Traffic Citations.  Their hometown is listed as Fairhope…
