MOBILE, Ala. (WALA) – A man charged with participating in a gunbattle while riding along Interstate 65 will remain locked up until trial, a judge ruled Tuesday.
Kyree Dashon Shakur, 19, of Mobile has been in jail since Mobile County Circuit Judge Vicki Davis revoked his bond after determining he failed to comply with the home confinement conditions imposed by the court.
Defense attorney Megan Allgood argued that Shakur deserved a second chance.
“He has spent enough time in jail and should be allowed to go back on (electronic) monitoring,” she told FOX10 News…
