Search for missing Choc family ends in Baldwin County woods, officials say: 3 bodies recovered, autopsies to begin, and DA pursues death-penalty case

SUMMERDALE, Ala. (WKRG) — Three bodies were found in Baldwin County in a wooded area investigators had been to before, off County Road 38 east of the Beach Express. It is where authorities believe the search for the Choc family from Theodore ended. But it is not the only connection to Baldwin County in this case.

Last month, the suspect, Hector Guerra, was arrested in Bay Minette after a traffic stop. But the focus for the last 48 hours has been on a wooded property in Summerdale.
