Prichard Police officer arrested following grand jury secret indictment

MOBILE, Ala. (NBC 15) — A Prichard police officer at the center of a homicide investigation now faces charges involving stolen guns.

District Attorney Keith Blackwood announced that Ryan Phillips, a Prichard Police Officer, was arrested this afternoon after an arrest warrant was executed following a Grand Jury Secret Indictment.
