MOBILE, Ala. — A man charged with killing three members of an Alabama family made his fires appearance in court, entering a plea of not guilty to capital murder charges that could carry the death penalty if he is convicted.
Hector Argueta-Guerra is accused in the deaths of Aurelia Choc, her 17-year-old daughter Zuleta, and her two-year-old son Anthony. The remains of all three were discovered Wednesday, buried in a wooded area. Investigators say an edged weapon was used in the killings.
