MOBILE COUNTY, Ala. (WKRG) — A suspect has been sentenced after pleading guilty to abuse of a protected person.
According to Mobile County court documents, Kevin “Kandice” Franklin, 25, of Mobile has been sentenced to 10 years in prison, split to serve three years.
