Towing company asks Mobile City Council to overturn suspension

MOBILE, Ala. (WALA) – A tow truck company is fighting get back on the city’s rotation after a 60-day suspension.

The Mobile City Council on Tuesday held a public hearing on the matter. The city suspended B&B Auto Wrecker after police determined the company violated rules on Lundi Gras. That means the company will not be called to tow vehicles ticketed by Mobile police.
