MOBILE, Ala. (WALA) – Two armed men accosted a man on the night of Joe Cain Day, minutes after the man had left the area of an unrelated shooting, according to testimony Thursday.
The shooting resulted in multiple injuries outside a nightclub on Dauphin Street just before 11 p.m. Mobile police Detective Jesse Allred testified that the man who left the area when the gunfire erupted returned to his vehicle in the Central Parking lot between Government and Conti streets, across from the Saenger Theatre.
