CHICKASAW, Ala. (WALA) – Chickasaw City Schools notified parents of middle and high school students Friday that the school had been placed on lockdown after a phone call included a threat involving a bomb and a firearm.
“Police responded quickly and conducted a thorough sweep of the building and campus,” a Chickasaw City Schools Facebook post reads. “They have confirmed that there is no credible threat, and the school has been deemed safe. The lockdown has since been lifted, and normal activities have resumed.”…
