Grand jury to consider charges against teen in 2024 shooting

MOBILE, Ala. (WALA) – A judge ruled prosecutors have enough evidence to move forward with three counts of first-degree assault and shooting into an occupied vehicle against a teenager accused of participating in a shooting that wounded multiple people two years ago.

A grand jury will consider criminal charges against the defendant, who cannot be named because of his age.
