Judge holds murder defendant in contempt, revokes bond

MOBILE, Ala. (WALA) – A judge held a defendant in a murder case in contempt and revoked her bond after hearing allegations that she failed to appear for a pretrial conference and then lied to the court.

April Gibbs is accused of killing Larry James Bradford and dismembering parts of his body in 2015.

Bradford’s family reported him missing in August that year. Parts of his body were found in a wooded area…
