Grand jury indicts man in 2024 Stockton May Day mass shooting

STOCKTON, Ala. — A grand jury has delivered an indictment against one of the men accused in a mass shooting at a May Day party in Stockton nearly two years ago.

Robert Brown Jr. is expected to go to trial for two counts of felony murder, among other charges.

Brown was also indicted on an attempted murder charge and an assault second-degree charge. He is accused of killing two people and shooting another that May Day in 2024.

Shooting left 18 injured, three dead

In all, 18 people were shot, according to Baldwin County deputies, and three of them died…
