MOBILE, Ala. (WALA) – Co-defendants Ricki Thier and Amia Bantz testified Thursday against capital murder defendant Darius Lucky Jr., naming him as one of three people who shot at a house where a young child died in 2023.
The defense challenged the credibility of both witnesses, contending the women changed their original stories.
