MOBILE, Ala. (WKRG) — Named for Alabama Representative Napoleon Bracy Jr, who represents Prichard, the 14th annual Napoleon Bracy Bow Tie Day was celebrated on the last day of the state legislative session, April 9.
According to an Alabama House Democratic Caucus news release, the day was full of legislators in bow ties to honor the occasion.
