A new housing project in Foley is designed to address a growing demand for safe, affordable housing built for local working families.
This development is called the Grove at Foley Beach. It is a 180-unit housing complex designed to bring affordable housing for working families moving into the area.
“With the tremendous growth in this community, if they come here to work, they’ve got a place to live,” Alabama Department of Workforce Secretary Greg Reed said.
